The Acupress Back & Belly Band is the targeted tool that moves with you. It’s a wearable and adjustable mid-body wrap with a removable acupressure pad that's made with our Level 1 signature Shakti spikes.

Attaching the acupressure pad to the centre of the band releases your lower back. Moving it to the front inner-strap relieves your belly. Removing it entirely provides lumbar and postpartum support.

Fasten the inner straps so that the band fits comfortably around your waist, then tighten the outer straps to adjust the pressure of the spikes.

The low-profile silhouette hugs your natural contours and can be worn effortlessly under clothes. Wear it while sitting, driving, and moving through your day.

RELIEF THAT DOESN’T REQUIRE LYING STILL

The discreet low-profile design can be worn seated, standing, commuting—even driving—without anyone knowing you feel like a million bucks. No more lying down to Shakti. No undressing completely, either.

REMOVABLE ACUPRESSURE PAD FOR BACK OR BELLY TENSION

Target tension where you need to. Position the spikes on the rear of the band to release your lower back, or on the front inner fastening strap to relieve your belly. Remove them entirely for lumbar and postpartum support.

2-STAGE TENSIONING = PERSONALISED RELIEF

One set of straps secures the band against your body and holds it comfortably in place. Another set controls the pressure of the spikes to release tension—attach them high or low on the belt to achieve the right release.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For the best fit, stand naturally and place a soft measuring tape around your belly button or the widest point of your natural waist. Wrap it around your back until it meets the starting point, then choose your size from the guide below.

Small: 25.6–31.1 inches
Medium: 31.5–39 inches
Large: 39.4–47.2 inches

Pant sizes don't always represent your actual waist measurement, especially around the belly where the band is intended to sit.

The band is sized using real body measurements for a secure and comfortable fit, so using a measuring tape will give you the most accurate result.

It is made to fit snugly around your waist, covering the lower back and abdomen while following the natural shape of your body. The lower edge should sit near the top of your hips, offering support without feeling overly restrictive.

On your back

1. Release all straps so they hang freely.

2. With the spikes facing inward, attach the acupressure pad to the centre of the band.

3. Position the spikes against your lower back, wrap the inner fastening straps around your body and secure them at the centre of your belly. Adjust until the fit feels snug and comfortable.

4. Use the outer pressure straps to control the spike intensity and secure them at your preferred tension.

On your belly

1. Release all straps so they hang freely.

2. Remove the pad from the centre and attach it to the inner fastening strap with the spikes facing inward.

3. Position the spikes on your belly, wrap the band around your back and secure the fastening straps comfortably.

4. Adjust the outer pressure straps until you reach the desired level of pressure.

Wear the band with the acupressure pad facing either your back or belly for as long as feels comfortable. For the full experience, try using it for around 15–30 minutes at a time.

Direct skin-to-spike contact offers the strongest sensation. If the feeling is too intense at first, simply reduce the pressure using the outer straps.

Deep breathing can also help increase the pressure and intensity naturally.

You can remove the acupressure pad whenever you prefer support without spikes and continue wearing the band comfortably.

The band can be worn beneath clothing during many everyday activities, but it is not intended for vigorous exercise.

We do not recommend using acupressure tools during pregnancy or the postpartum period.

When the removable acupressure pad is taken off, the band can be used as a supportive lumbar-style band.

Please consult your doctor before using the band during pregnancy or postpartum.

At first, it can feel like thousands of small spikes pressing against your back or belly. After a few minutes, your body typically relaxes and a warmer sensation can take over.

The adjustable tension system lets you find a pressure level that feels right by independently changing the straps.

Increasing the pressure may feel intense initially, while easing the tension creates a gentler and more supportive experience.

The Acupress Back & Belly Band uses signature level 1 spikes.

Because the spikes wrap around your body rather than relying on gravity, you can control the intensity through compression and adjust the sensation to your preference.

Acupuncture uses needles that enter the skin, while acupressure applies pressure to the body from the outside.

The band allows you to stimulate many points at once while giving you control over how much pressure is applied.

Amazing

Have owned a Shakti Mat for the past 8+ years but I struggle to sit still long enough to use it regularly, so this belt has been amazing, can wear it while I get the house work done now 😁

All the benefits of Shakti, while on the move.

I've used a mat, and a neck support for many years, I can't believe how it improves month after month, I can listen to music, via headphones, or just sleep,

Now I have the belt, I can drive, do jobs around the house, all with that warm, soothing feeling, I've only used it as a back pain aid so far,

Great products, 10/10 satisfaction

I keep thinking I don't need more shakti....

...and then I get another one and love it. Surely I don't need a back & belly band if I have the mat, that lets me get the back or belly, right?

But I love it! Why?

* Can wear it anywhere - on long car rides that my back hates, while working or watching stuff, just put it on under roomy clothing

* Actually slightly different - on me, it wraps around the flank a little bit and hugs my body, and gets some angry angry things up my flanks that the regular mat doesn't get.
